The RAILBLAZA SwivelPort is designed to allow accessories to be easily rotated 360 degrees.  The swiveling factory set friction joint can be attached to any RAILBLAZA base and is compatible with any RAILBLAZA accessory.  Essentially, the RAILBLAZA SwivelPort is an adaptor that allows 360 degrees of swivel for all RAILBLAZA bases and accessories.
